Embattled former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has asked senators to push back a vote to decide on whether to expel him from the senate. 

"Please reflect in depth before taking this grave decision. On your own consciences do not be taken up by the moment, by the truth, by the justice, by the politics of the moment.

The Italian Senate will vote tomorrow on whether or not to expel the billionaire from parliament.

This comes after he was found guilty of tax fraud in August.

He says he has new evidence that will exonerate him.
