Baron Group will reward its loyal clients through the launch of a new membership service, which was presented at the Malta Expo between March 4 and 7 at the MFCC, Ta' Qali.

Baron Club is intended as a vehicle to reward clients of Baron Group, while also serving as a communication channel between the group, its associates and its clients.

The membership service will include a loyalty bonus scheme managed through a loyalty card. It will ensure that members have priority on services. It will further link clients not only with the group but also with its associates through the classification and promotion of associates' services and products.

"Baron Club is a way of giving our loyal clients added value and an overall better experience with a flow of up-to-date information on special offers, new services and available opportunities," said group administration manager Brian Meilak.

Customers making use of any of Baron Group's services will be automatically offered membership, and Baron loyalty points earned will be redeemable against further purchases of any services and/or products offered by the group.

Past customers will also be able to register with Baron Club at any time through the group's website, enabling them to participate in its bonus schemes and promotional offers. Thus, for an example, those who buy property would earn Baron loyalty points which they would then be able to use to buy home insurance and/or Baron holiday home rental for family or friends.

By becoming a member of this club, one also stands a chance of winning a weekend break offered by the group.
