The automated and alternative delivery channels by HSBC are being given a fresh look through identifiable branding and signage in the lobby areas of all the bank's branches.  

Express Banking branding of services at the lobbies of the Sliema High Street, Paola and Naxxar branches has already been launched. New signage in other branches will follow.

"The new branding of the Express Banking lobbies will help customers to easily identify the fast easy way to bank. This should make for a more efficient service and increased customer satisfaction," Ray Briffa, head of branch banking said.
