A www.beer party was held recently between St Margaret Band Club of Sannat and the Uberlingen am Ried of Germany. Webcams and internet provided the link between the two bands. On a big screen at the main entrance of St Margaret Band Club, members watched their German friends enjoying Maltese beer delivered to them by the club while the Germans watched St Margaret Band Club members downing German beer.

At the start of the party the Germans were in for a surprise when St Margaret Band Club members played a medley of band marches under the direction of Josef Debrincat.
