Jetscape, an aviation company, announced today the opening of a new European office in Malta – Jetscape Commercial Jets Malta Ltd.

The office will be a subsidiary of Jetscape Aviation Group Ltd, a British Virgin Island limited company.

Jetscape was founded in 2000 and engages in commercial aircraft leasing, management, remarketing and advisory services – providing innovative, custom-tailored solutions to commercial aircraft owners and operators worldwide.

It currently owns and manages 49 aircraft and four engines to 24 airline operators in 15 countries.

"The opening of our new office in Malta enables us to be closer and to better serve Jetscape's customers in Europe, Africa and the Middle East," Jetscape's chairman and CEO John Evans said.

He said:

"After comprehensive due-diligence, we concluded that Malta's geographic location, its well established network of bilateral tax treaties and favourable corporate tax environment offers Jetscape and its shareholders the best location from which to continue growing our business."
