Finance Minister Tonio Fenech said this evening that Arms Ltd currently has a management team of four managers, who are the Chief Information Officer, the Policy and Strategy Manager, the Project Manager - Automated Metering and the Financial Controller.

Replying to a question in parliament on the financial compensation given to the persons who are running the company and their managerial grade, the minister said the salary of the four managers varies between €29,419 (for the Project Manager, Automated Metering) to €38,219 for the Financial Controller.

All have a maximum communication expense allowance of €1,396, a health expendes allowance of €466, car allowance of €3,395 and petrol allowance of €2,080.

All except the project manger had an expense allowance of €1,164.

The Chief Information Officer had a professional development allowance of €1,200 while the allowance for the others varies between €900 and €932.

The policy and strategy manager and the project manager have a subscriptions allowance of €233.

The project maanger and the financial controller have a disturbance allowance of €3,494 and an on-call allowance of €2,329.

The project manager also has a post graduate allowance of €932.
