Another two men are claiming abuse by members of the clergy, Lou Bondi, who is representing the alleged victims, told journalists following a meeting six of the alleged victims had with President George Abela.
The men, he said, were alleging they were abused by the same priest in the same institution.
During their one-hour meeting with the President, the alleged victims asked Dr Abela, who is also the chairman of the Commission for the Administration of Justice, to look into possible remedies there could be for their Court case, which had been going on for seven years, to close.
Dr Abela told them that justice delayed was justice denied and he would verify the reasons for delay.
The men thanked the President for his welcoming speech to the Pope, which they said helped them get their meeting with His Holiness.
The President offered to help them and said his door would always be open.
Mr Bondi said it was positive that for the first time the Pope referred to the men as victims, rather than alleged victims and that he spoke about their meeting in his first audience last Wednesday.
He pointed out that the victims did not know what happened with the case against the three priests at the Church Response Team.
Only three of 10 victims had bee interviewed since 2003 and they never received any reaction. They said they were still waiting for justice.
As for the court case it was not just or humanely tolerable that the case had not been closed after seven years.
