DEGABRIELE. On June 3, at Sir Paul Boffa Hospital, Chev. ANTHONY M. DEGABRIELE of Attard, aged 61, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Mary Rose, his sons Oliver and his partner Alison, and Gregory and his wife Angelique, his mother Carmen, his brother Joseph and his wife Carmen, his in-laws, nephews, their families, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 2.30pm for Attard parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3pm, followed by interment in the family grave at San Girgor Cemetery, Żejtun. FARRUGIA. On June 5, at Mater Dei Hospital, EMMANUEL of Qrendi, residing at Luqa, aged 80, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family and comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Tessie, née Ciappara, his children Phyllis and her husband Kingsley Abanifi and their children Daniel and Amber-Rose, Arnold and his wife Rose and their children Mireille, her boyfriend Lyndon and James, and his son Mario and Mary. He is also mourned by Elfrida, widow of his brother Joseph, his brother John, his sister Carmen and her husband Publius, his brother Bennie and his wife Carmen, his brother Oscar and his wife Maude and their families. His brothers-in-law Frankie, Joseph, Andrew and his wife Marlene and their families and his great family friend Paul Sacco, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Monday, June 8 for Luqa parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 4pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Luqa cemetery. Donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, or the Poor Clares, St Julians, will be appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
VASSALLO. On June 3, at Karin Grech Rehabilitation Centre, EMANUEL of Msida, aged 90, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Grace, his sister Flower and her husband Francis, his in-laws Ġemma, Lina and her husband Joachim, his brother-in-law Joseph, his nephews and nieces Mary Anne and her husband Mario, Noel, Pierre, Anton and his wife Maria, their families, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Karin Grech Rehabilitation Centre today at 2pm for Msida parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2.30pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Balzan cemetery.
