ATTARD MONTALTO. On April 14, RENO, aged 84, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his loving wife Madeleine, his children Nicholas and his wife Linda, Lawrence and his wife Liz and Bunty and her husband Anton, his brothers Paul and his wife Lydia and Austin and his wife Marlene, Marie, widow of his brother Philip, all his wonderful grandchildren, nephews, nieces and friends. Mass will be celebrated tomorrow at 2pm at Our Lady of Sorrows parish church, St Paul’s Bay, followed by interment in the family chapel at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to the Renal Unit, Mater Dei Hospital, will be appreciated. I am the resurrection and the life.
ZARB. On April 15, at Mater Dei Hospital, THERESA, of Żabbar and residing in Paola, aged 76 years, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Jacqueline and her husband John, Kurt and his fiancée Natasha, grandchildren Jeremy and Nathan, her sisters, in-laws, their respective families, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8am for Christ the King parish church in Paola, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30am followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

Call for circus performers
Want to join the circus? The casting department of Ċirku Malta – Malta’s first contemporary circus – is looking for performers to join their first show and form part of the supporting cast.
Ċirku Malta is a new Maltese company commissioned by The Malta Arts Festival to produce the first Malta-based professional circus show in 2013. The production will be a contemporary performer-based circus show. All performers will need to be available from May 6 for bi-weekly rehearsals and daily (evenings and weekends) from June 10. The show will run for three nights in early July. A meeting for all those interested will be held on April 22 at 6pm.
