DIMECH. On November 3, DUNCAN, aged 36, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. DUNKERLEY. On November 6, at Mater Dei Hospital, CHRISTOPHER, aged 69, of Sliema, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his irreparable loss his loving wife Odilia, née Talbot, his beloved children Nigel and Gail, his sister Rosemary Angela and her husband John, his in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 1.30 p.m. for Jesus of Nazareth parish church, Sliema, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2 p.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. GAUCI. On November 3, Sr Rose-Marie of the Sisters of St Dorothy, passed away peacefully in Geneva, Switzerland, comforted by the rites of Holy Mother Church. She leaves to mourn her loss the sisters of her community, her brother Joe and his wife May, her sisters Victoria Vidal and Margaret Micallef, and her uncle Luke Gauci, nephews, nieces and friends. The funeral Mass will be held on November 11, at St Boniface Chapel, Ave du Mail in Geneva, Switzerland, followed by interment the following day, at 3.30 p.m. in the grave of the Sisters of St. Dorothy in Lucerne, Switzerland. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

VELLA. On November 4, at St Vincent de Paul residence, PAULINE, née Pirata, aged 100, widow of Carmelo, passed peacefully away. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Marie, widow of Tony Tabone, Connie and her husband Arthur Roberts, Edwin and his wife Winnie, Polly and her husband Louis Filletti, Rina and her husband Lino Ebejer, Louis and his wife Mary Rose, Marlene and her husband Charlie Brincat, and Polly, widow of her son Joe, grand­children, great-grandchildren, her brother-in-law Brother Joseph, her dear friend Dorothy, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves St Vincent de Paul residence today at 1.45 p.m. for St Paul Shipwrecked parish church, Valletta, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.15 p.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. WOOD. On November 7, at Mater Dei Hospital, ANTHONY (Il-Bobby) of Paola, aged 58, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Gracey, his children Isaac and his wife Allison, Kaysie, Mark and Josette, Natasha and her husband Joseph, his grandchildren Kimmy, Illona, Denzil, TyTy and Troy, his mother Ernestina Wood, his brothers and sisters, in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. International Cat Show

If you think your cat is a feline beauty that will leave judges spellbound then now is the time to apply for the Grand International Cat Show.

Organised by the Malta Feline Guardians Club, the show will be held at the Phoenicia Hotel, Floriana, on November 20 and 21.

Those who visit will be able to admire different felines such as Persians, Exotics, Sphynx, Maine Coons, and Russian Blues, while two new breeds will be shown in Malta for the first time.

The Maltese domestic cat, which holds a special place in the hearts of the public, will also be taking part.
