VASSALLO. On January 5, at Mater Dei Hospital, ANGELO, of Gudja, aged 83, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Rose, his sons Mario, Michael and his wife Catherine, and Victor and his wife Rita, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 1.30 p.m. for Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery chapel, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2 p.m., followed by interment. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

Epilepsy meeting
The Caritas Malta Epilepsy Association will hold its bi-monthly meeting on Friday at 6 p.m. at Caritas Building, 5, Lion Street, Floriana. A 20-minute talk on diabetes will be delivered by Moira Grixti, a diabetes nurse specialist and nursing officer in charge at the Diabetes and Endocrine Centre, Mater Dei Hospital. Those interested are invited to attend.
