FELICE PACE. On April 9, ALEXANDRA MARY née Thornton, aged 75, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Salvu (David), her brothers Frank of Canada and Peter of London, and her in-laws Joseph husband of Josephine, Fr Albert OP of America, Irene wife of Alfred Pollacco, Marie widow of Joseph Azzopardi, Richard husband of Gemma and Carmen wife to John Azzopardi, nephews, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Gozo General Hospital today, Thursday, April 11, at 4.15pm for the parish church of Għasri where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 4.30pm, followed by interment at the parish cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to the Friends of the Sick and the Elderly of Victoria Gozo and/or to the Renovation Fund of the Basilica of Our Lady of Patronage, Għasri, would be appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
SAMMUT. On April 8, at Mater Dei Hospital, EDWIN J., aged 86 of St Julian’s (ex-Deputy General Manager, Central Bank) passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Pauline, née Psaila, his children Mario and his wife Angela, Josanne and her husband Simon Camilleri and Antonella and her husband Mark Galea, his adored grandchildren David, Veronica, Malcolm, Carl, Andrea, Steven and Elena, his sister Pauline and her husband Harold Caruana, Mary wife of his late brother Josie, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortége leaves Mater dei Hospital today, Thursday, April 11, at 1.30pm for St Julian’s parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 2pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, would be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
SCIBERRAS. On April 9, at Pax et Bonum Home, Mosta, MARGARET, aged 89, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sister Agnes and her husband Lawrence Gatt, her sister-in-law Maria, her niece Louiselle and her husband Stephen Govè, her nephews Etienne and his wife Christine, and Joseph, her grand nephews and grand nieces, Fr Jean, Gaia, Leah, Maya, Sasha and Mattias, relatives, friends and also the community of Franciscan Sisters of the Heart of Jesus at the home. Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated today, Thursday, April 11, at 8.30am, at the Basilica of the Assumption, Mosta, followed by interment at Mosta cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

AZZOPARDI. In loving memory of our dear father VICTOR, today the 22nd anniversary of his death. Fondly loved and cherished by his sons and daughters, Alex, Edward, Jennifer and Kate and their families.
GINGELL LITTLEJOHN – EDDIE. Loving memories of a dear father and grandfather, today being the 15th anniversary of his demise. Never forgotten by his children, in-laws and grandchildren. Mass being said today at 9am at St Patrick’s church, Sliema, will be offered for the repose of his soul. May the Lord, grant him eternal rest.
