Juventus forward Amauri has brushed aside speculation that he will leave the Turin outfit this summer.

Reports in Italy have linked Amauri with a move to Milan after a disappointing season with the Bianconeri.

The Brazil-born player scored just seven times in 40 appearances as Juve finished seventh in Serie A to miss out on Champions League football next term.

"I want to forget this campaign and prove my true value to those that have criticised me and want me to leave," said the 29-year-old.

"The press can write whatever they want but no-one at the club has said anything to me.

"I will not leave, I am 99 per cent certain."

Amauri is looking forward to the arrival of former Sampdoria coach Luigi Del Neri.

Del Neri appears set to succeed Alberto Zaccheroni and guide Juve next season.

"I have a great rapport with Del Neri," said Amauri. "We worked together at Chievo in 2003 and 2004.

"From what I know, he is counting on me and that gives me an extra motivation to do well next season."
