The Environmental Health Directorate has called on tobacco retailers to ensure that all tobacco products - and not just cigarette packets -  carry photographic health warnings by October 27.

The directorate said that following the coming into force of Legal Notice 302 on cigarette packets, all other tobacco products, including water pipe tobacco commonly known as Shisha, are to have photographic health warnings by October 27.

Tobacco products, other than cigarettes, can have health warnings affixed as stickers, provided that such stickers cannot be removed.
