Unfortunately we are still faced with many consumers who refer their cases to us without reading the 'terms and conditions', which are published every week. I appeal to consumers to read these terms and conditions and to abide by them. A particular condition is: 'Letters, once sent, cannot be withdrawn and all cases are subject to publication'. However, we still have consumers who ask us not to feature their case when it is positively resolved.
