Alive Rocks is back for a rock ’n’ roll night under the stars, getting together some of Malta’s top bands in live performances under the stars in aid of Alive Charity Foundation.

Local bands Infinite Loop, Milk Mi, Explicit and Forty Days of Rain will perform an array of their singles and some covers. All proceeds from the night will go to RIDT Malta in order to finance Alive Charity, which focuses on research on cancer in children and is the first charity foundation to raise funds for medical research in Malta.

During the first two years of operation, the foundation have managed to raise and donate €135,000 to the University of Malta research trust.

This year Alive Charity Foundation will build on last year’s success story and, with the support of Puttinu Cares, raise funds for Children’s Cancer Research in Malta, specifically for leukaemia and brain tumours.Part of the funds will also go towards building a play area for children in care at the new oncology hospital.
