Web and software solutions company Alert Communications has become an official Microsoft partner specialised in web application development, in recognition of its expertise and experience in the field.

Microsoft had recognised Alert’s commitment to investing in staff training and the ongoing improvement of web services offered to clients, Alert said.

“There is a strong customer demand for web solutions that are robust but affordable and Alert is in a prime position to address these customers’ needs effectively,” Alert managing director Claudine Cassar said.

She explained how many of Alert’s solutions have the in-house built Alert Web Publisher at their core, a suite designed to help businesses create and keep up-to-date dynamic, full-featured websites.

It features capabilities such as search engine optimisation tools, e-marketing and social media integration facilities.

The Alert Web Publisher has been implemented in more than 200 client sites including those for Vodafone, Air Malta, Bank of Valletta, Gov.mt and Corinthia.

Alert Communications was set up in 1998 and employs a team of Microsoft certified professionals.

It offers a range of services for companies seeking to make effective use of the internet to grow their business.
