Air Malta is to launch a direct service to Milan's Linate airport in its winter schedule, while maintaining its service to the other Milan airport, Malpensa.

The airline will fly to Linate on Saturdays (dep Malta 8.55 a.m. and departure Linate at 11 a.m.) and on Sundays (dep Malta 2.30 p.m. and departure Linate 6.25 p.m.).

Passenger flows from the Northern Italian city have been increasing, as has been airline capacity. Links between Malta and Milan are operated by Air Malta, Alitalia and Easyjet.
