Air Malta has cancelled flights KM466/7 Malta/Paris Orly/Malta tomorrow because of the air traffic control strike declared in France for tomorrow.

The flight KM478/9 Malta/Paris Charles De Gaulle/Malta will operate as scheduled.

Air Malta said that due to restricted airport resources the French Aviation authority requested all airlines to reduce their traffic programme into Paris and Air Malta has been allowed to operate only its flight KM478/9 to Paris Charles De Gaulle.

In view of this, passengers originally booked on KM466 to Paris Orly are being offered to travel on flight KM478 to Paris Charles De Gaulle, scheduled to depart Malta at 1315 hours local time.

Passengers originally booked to travel Paris Orly to Malta on KM467 are being offered the opportunity to travel tomorrow on KM479 from Paris Charles De Gaulle. The flight is expected to depart Paris Charles De Gaulle at 1700 hours arriving in Malta at 1935 hours.

Air Malta flights to/from Lyon as well as to/from Toulouse and Marseille will operate as per schedule tomorrow. Air Malta said it will immediately communicate any changes to the public.

It apologised to passengers for any inconvenience, which was totally beyond its control. It urged clients due to travel on the mentioned flights to contact flight enquiries at Malta International Airport on 5004 3333 or the call centre on 2166 2211 for further information on flight arrival/departure times.
