The Armed Forces of Malta has signed a €14 million contract to purchase a third helicopter, co-financed by EU funds.

A further €250,000 is being invested to buy radios and bullet-proof vests, National Security Minister Carmelo Abela said during a passing out parade yesterday for 70 new recruits.
