Just one month after being granted bail in a case over theft charges, a man ended up in court again for stealing mobile phones and digital cameras.

Reuben Abela, 19, from Mosta pleaded guilty to stealing two mobile phones and two digital cameras from nightclubs in Paceville in October.

He also pleaded guilty to committing a crime in the operative period of a judgment. Magistrate Miriam Hayman said she will hand down judgment today after hearing further evidence.

Police Inspector Anthony Portelli prosecuted.

Lawyer Martin Fenech appeared for Mr Abela.
