Volkswagen Malta has just launched the all-new Volkswagen Jetta.

The VW Jetta can be ordered with Volkswagen's highly regarded 1.9-litre TDI turbodiesel four-cylinder engine.

The entry model comes with a choice of five-speed manual transmission or a new six-speed automatic featuring a Sport mode and Tiptronic gear selection. Standard equipment on these base models includes climate control air conditioning with separator; tinted windows; front and rear power windows with one-touch open and close; radio/CD; external temperature display; heated power outside mirrors; split/folding rear seats; remote central power locking and remote trunk release.

The starting price for the entry model is Lm12,000.
