From the website of Brook-Charmaine Buttigieg:

Homepage

There is little doubting that little Brook-Charmaine Buttigieg is destined to be one of the greatest stars in the ‘filament’. And I’m not just putting that on this – her website – because I am her father. No greater a person than Rose Cutajar Freeman has said it herself. These are her very words: “Little Brook-Charmaine Buttigieg is destined to be one of the greatest stars in the ‘filament’”. So there.

Her achievements – even by the age of eight – are ‘finomenal’… for one so young, yet so, so talented. Since winning the Żurrieq and district Junior ‘Eurovixin’ eliminator (under-eights category), with what one distinguished judge (Is-Sur Joe Mackay Depasquale) described as: “Her (little Brook-Charmaine’s) passionate – some might say, adequate – yet heart-rendering rending of Chaka Khan’s I’m Every Woman”, little Brook-Charmaine has gone from ‘strengt’ to ‘strengts’.

There is little doubt that little Brook-Charmaine is a mega-star already and destined for even greater things. Since winning her pre-school torch song championship at the age of just four-and-three-quarters, with a truly heart-felled version of Lena Horne’s The Men in my Life, little Brook-Charmaine has continued to amaze, impress and awe hermillions (well, okay, dozens) of admirers.

Prettier than Bette Midler, more talented than Cherie Blair, sexier than K.D. Lang, younger than Cher, fairer than Grace Jones, more ‘fotogenetic’ than Hector Bruno and louder than theDrydocks hooter.

In fact, no less an ‘autority’ than Norbert Hamiltin described little Brook-Charmaine’s voice like this: “If decibels equates talent, she(little Brook-Charmaine, he means) could well be the next Tina Turner.”

Comparisons with some of the all-time greats comes naturally with little Brook-Charmaine. Indeed she has been compared – favourably– to Edith Pilaf, Rosemary Loony and even Dusty Springsteen, such is her ‘precoshius’ talent.

The foreseeing future foresees little Brook-Charmaine competing in yet more big, important singing festivals. Next month she will compete in the Nadur under-nines singathon. Then March sees little Brook-Charmaine’s ‘participashin’ in the Lower SengleaJunior Singer of the World Festival, at which she is expected to come at least first.

All this follows her recent triumph at the Bengħajsa andDistrict Teenies Talent Festival, at which little Brook-Charmaine placed 19th out of 20 competitors.

Naturally her placing says nothing whatever about her huge, huge talent, but absolutely everything about the judges bias, stupidity and total pig-ignorance when it comes to assessing talent, beauty and all-round entertainment ‘potenxil’.

Little Brook-Charmaine is currently in intensive rehearsals (10 hours a day… every day) for the 2011 version of Junior Starsin her Eye, to be staged inthe highly ‘prestigius’ TheaGarrett Hall of the Żebbiegħ Entertainment Centre.

Little Brook-Charmaine will be giving vent to a selection of numbers from the Amy Winehouse songbook – with, naturally, appropriate hand gestures.

One may well ask, is there anything this ‘precoshius’ prodigy that is little Brook-Charmaine Buttigieg cannot attain? Well no, not if you listen to her mummy and daddy. And – as her proud parents we are currently giving little Brook-Charmaine the chance to become truly ‘imortal’.

In March we hope to take little Brook-Charmaine to LA in Los Angeles (America) to ‘auditin’ for the United States’ most popular and ‘prestigius’ child star TV show: TTT (Tiny TotsTalent).

And you her adoring fans can help little Brook-Charmaine to realise her greatest ‘embishin’. So please send all your ‘contribushins’ – nothing under €150 please – to me, her dotage father: Ephraim Buttigieg;EphDor, 51 Dun Salvu Micallef Pitre Street, Fgura.

And God bless you all…and little Brook-Charmaine, naturalment.
