An internal campaign targeting all Island Hotels staff encouraging wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle, called Zing was launched recently.

The campaign focuses on various aspects of wellbeing and on three key areas, namely physical wellbeing, emotional wellbeing and nutritional wellbeing.

The Zing campaign will see different incentives and activities as well as different initiatives every month, such as health and safety and medical screenings and information sessions.

The campaign also revolves around the promotion of healthy and proper nutrition as well as offers Island Hotels Group employees access to easier medical care thanks to regular medical checks being held at different hotel locations.

Additionally, during the various Zing initiatives and events being held throughout the year, the Island Hotels team will be supporting L-Istrina by fundraising during each activity, after which the final sum will be presented at the end of the year.

Zing was launched during the annual management conference Power of One at the Radisson Blu Resort and Spa, Golden Sands, during which Christina Galea, group director of HR, said: “We are very excited to see the launch of the Zing campaign, promoting health incentives for all our staff. We believe in genuinely taking care of our employees, as they are at the core of our values.”
