A youth café is opening in Antoine de Paul Square, Paola, every Thursday between 4.30 and 7.30pm, as from today.
The café is a project by Żgħażagħ Azzjoni Kattolika in collaboration with Aġenzija Żgħażagħ aimed at providing young people aged between 13 and 17 with a safe, inclusive and tolerant environment where they can interact with peers and enjoy alternative leisure facilities in the heart of the community.
Youths can spend their free time at the café playing various types of games, engaging in group discussions, participating in workshops, practising cooking, creating crafts, joining in teamwork activities, enjoying movie nights and joining in treasure hunts, among other activities.
This service is being offered free of charge.
