I live in a in an apartment block and, some time ago, I started getting the electricity bill of a different flat on my address. After several calls to ARMS Ltd, I thought the mistake was rectified.

I live on my own but now, all of a sudden, ARMS decided that I do not live there any more and the electricity bill says ‘number of residents 0’.

That’s not all, two of the apartments have had their water meters changed and although the old water meters were clearly marked with the flat number, the very efficient ARMS worker who replaced the water meter decided to write “p/h 6” (my apartment) where the meter indicated flat 2.

So, now, ARMS records say that my flat has had the water meter changed when, in fact, it was not. So, again, I will be getting his bill.

Is there anybody at ARMS who cares?
