Hollywood heart-throb Johnny Depp has said his two children are the most important achievement in his life.
The film star said the youngsters rank above anything in his career. The 50-year-old star was asked about the greatest thing he has done in his life during a visit to London.
“My kids. My daughter Lily-Rose who’s 14; my boy Jack who’s 11. There’s nothing I’ve done in terms of anything else in existence that comes close. So my kids are most important,” Depp said.
The actor separated from his children’s mother Vanessa Paradis last year after 14 years.
He is now dating 27-year-old actress Amber Heard, whom he met when they starred together in The Rum Diary in 2011. (AP)
Woman in the saddle
A woman has been given a fine after taking her horse into a McDonald’s restaurant.
She was initially refused service while in the saddle in the drive-through lane of the branch in Whitefield, Greater Manchester. She then led the animal inside, where it defecated on the floor.
A statement on the Facebook page of Greater Manchester Police’s Whitefield Division read: “Staff refused to serve the woman due to company policy. The woman took the horse into the restaurant, which ended up doing its business on the floor.
The sight and smell of this caused obvious distress and upset to customers trying to eat, as well as staff.” (PA)
