JCI Malta will be organising a two-hour training workshop entitled ‘Influencing Essentials’, delivered by executive coach and former director at Unilever Amanda Holmes on May 5, starting at 6.30 p.m. It is open to JCI Malta members and the public.
“In this interactive workshop, we will be looking at strategies to build personal presence and influence,” Ms Holmes said.
Some areas which will be covered include what it entails to have a personal brand, the impressions an individual has to create in a professional setting and how effective one is at doing so.
The workshop will touch upon the essential ingredients needed to influence others and what strategies can be applied.
Ms Holmes has worked in a range of marketing and sales roles, from operational assignments to leading global strategy.
She brings with her a passion for engendering learning in a commercial setting to her work as an executive coach, drawing upon a variety of coaching methodologies depending on the individual’s objectives within the organisational context.
