Would the Air Malta public relations office care to explain why, on December 19, 150 passengers on flight KM147 from Manchester to Malta were all on board by 6.10pm with aircraft doors closed but kept waiting until 7pm for takeoff due to cargo that arrived late and had to be loaded.

I ask: should cargo be given more importance than passengers? If a passenger happens to arrive late at the airport s/he will not be allowed to board the flight (and rightly so).
