• As consumers we may claim compensation if the information provided on the holiday results false or misleading.
• Upon booking a holiday, we should always purchase a travel insurance policy.
• If our holiday is changed significantly before the date of departure we may opt to cancel it and claim a refund.
• If the holiday is not as advertised and agreed to, we should complain immediately.
