• Once we conclude a sales agreement, it becomes legally binding and we cannot simply change our mind.

• Everything agreed upon should be clearly written on the sales contract.

• If the agreed date is not honoured by the seller, the law gives us the right to terminate the sales contract and receive reimbursement of the deposit paid.

• The amount of deposit paid should be a reasonable percentage of the total amount due.

• Before settling the total bill, we should make sure that the furniture is in perfect condition.

•Unfair contract terms are illegal and even though we sign them they are not legally binding.
