• When an essential part of our package holiday is changed before we leave, the holiday organiser should notify us immediately.
• When holidays are changed before departure, we are entitled either to an alternative package holiday or to cancel the booked holiday and get a refund.
• When holidays are changed significantly, we may also be entitled to financial compensation, except when the change or cancellation is due to extraordinary circumstances.
• When holidays are changed after departure, we are entitled to suitable alternative arrangements at no extra cost.
• Holiday problems should be notified immediately and if not solved there and then, we should collect the necessary evidence and put our complaint in writing.
• Financial compensation may also be claimed for moral damages.
• We should make reasonable claims and not demand something we are not entitled to.
