The Malta Baby & Kids Directory has launched its latest painting competition for children aged four to 14, sponsored by Stabilo.

One of the children’s paintings could feature on the cover of the 11th edition of the directory, which will be launched at the end of June.

The competition, themed ‘Valletta- European Capital of Culture’, is open to all children and aims to promote creativity through the love of local culture.

To participate, children are to send in their paintings – which must be A3 or A4 in size and can be in any media including crayon, oil, watercolour, colour pencil – by May 25. These can be interpreted in an abstract or realistic style.

Name, date of birth, e-mail address, mobile number and school details should be included at the back of the painting and mailed to The Malta Baby & Kids Directory ‘Valletta- European Capital of Culture’ Front Cover Painting Competition, The Definitive(ly) Good Guide Co., 34, Bishop’s Palace Street, Vittoriosa, BRG 1153.

There are many prizes up for grabs, including a Stabilo FineLiner set x 20 colours for the winner and a Stabilo FineLiner set x 10 colours for the first runner-up, a family entrance ticket to BirdPark Malta, a family entrance ticket to Limestone Heritage, an Eden Super Bowl family bowling voucher and much more.
