“Children wished to spend time with the parents on their own as opposed to always spending time with their parents in the presence of the parents’ new partners.”

This was one of the conclusions derived from a local study carried out by the Centre for Family Studies at the University of Malta and to which one of the leaders of the pro-divorce movement contributed.

This study has confirmed what the Żwieġ Bla Divorzju movement and others have always insisted: that divorce is not in the best interest of children. Thank you for this study and for publishing this fact.

Is this a little too late? Will everything remain as if this study revealed nothing?

Shall any of our politicians feel the need to take some action in the best interest of children?

We shall wait and see.
