The British High Commissioner writes (June 11) of his “delight” in learning that Malta’s Foreign Minister was to attend “a global summit to end rape in warfare”.

It might be interesting to hear what George Vella’s contribution to this meeting was, or what he might possibly have learnt from a trip to London that could benefit Malta in any way. It might turn out that he could have saved the country money by staying at home.
