Regarding the Civil Unions Bill, it was reported that “the underlying principle was equality to marriage”.

To me, this means that the Government is not distinguishing the fundamental difference that exists between sodomy and the sexual relationship of a married man and woman to procreate.

If my understanding is correct, which I believe it is, would Helena Dalli, under whose ministry the issue falls, explain on what criteria the Government is relating these two totally different acts and putting them on the same scale?
