A loaded pallet fell on a man doing work in Luqa yesterday afternoon, badly injuring him.

The police said the 35-year-old was working in Valletta Road. In another workplace accident, a 49-year-old man fell from a ladder in Attard.

He was taken to hospital suffering serious injuries.
