Just weeks after its global launch, Vodafone has brought to Malta two brand new Nokia devices that promise a renewed user experience by using the latest Symbian hardware and software.

The Nokia X7 is a new entertainment-focused smartphone for consumers of entertainment and mobile gamers with an updated Symbian, new icons and usability enhancements.

It has a four-inch touchscreen offering big-screen entertainment and the thrills of HD gaming and an eight megapixel camera for capturing pictures and HD-quality video.

Nokia’s Ovi Store has the very best HD games from leading publishers, and users can scroll smoothly through album art and control music tracks from the home screen with one touch of the music app.

The Nokia X7’s on-demand Web TV gives instant access to CNN, BBC, NationalGeographic and many other channels through 3G or wifi.

The Nokia X7 is available from Vodafone for €599 or discounted with a smartphone plan. It is also being offered free with Vodafone’s Smartphone 95 plan.

The Nokia E7, available for €649 or discounted with a smartphone plan (free with Smartphone Plan 95) is a real mobile office.

It has real-time business e-mail with mail for Exchange andeasy synchronisation with work inbox, calendar, contacts and tasks.

The Quickoffice application lets users view and edit Microsoft Office programmes and business meetings over the phone are enhanced with a multi-party conference calling facility. In-built Adobe makes for pdf file reading. The same view accesses all e-mail work accounts and multiple office applications can be kept open for easy switching between them.
