Tribali is looking at a very busy summer with several local performances coming up as well as new ventures that will see the band perform at various festivals in Europe.

“We are really looking forward to all the concerts, particularly those in Europe which will give us the opportunity to share our music with new audiences,” said Eliza, the band’s main vocalist, adding that the band is especially excited to see how the European crowd will react to their distinctive sound.

Tribali’s first show took place at the Eksi Festival in Turkey at the end of May with three shows booked in Hungary for this month, among them a headlining slot at the Everness Festival.

The band will be playing another three festivals in Finland in July, namely the Espan Lava Festival, the Jyvaskyla Festival and the Kaustinen Folk Music Festival.

Locally, the band’s first live performance this year was yesterday at the Greek Theatre in Ta’ Qali as part of the Earth Garden Festival.

Through these past nine years, Tribali has grown into one of the most popular live acts on the Maltese Islands, attracting audiences that span several generations. The band is currently working on new material in preparation for its fourth album.
