A one-day seminar organised by Frank Salt Real Estate for its management team was held at the Corinthia San Gorg. The event was organised in conjunction with Jes Camilleri from Think Talent, a corporate coach and trainer. “In our competitive industry we tend to alienate ourselves and focus our energies on selling property, but at the end of the day it is the element of a good team that gets things together,” Frank Salt’s chief operations officer Darren DeDomenico said. The training was designed around the managers’ needs and covered a number of topics such as managing oneself as well as others and managing time and delegation skills.
