Some top professionals in e-commerce, internet marketing and ebusiness have been lined up for the Malta eBusiness Seminar on May 2.

The event, organised by CSB Group and the Malta Institute of Management, aims to showcase success stories and stage a valuable networking opportunity for people in the field.

Topics for discussion include the economist’s digital strategy, delivering a mobile commerce strategy, the importance of online payment gateways, effective document management, website compliance and distance selling, harnessing consumerisation through the cloud, re-mastering the e-wallet into an ultimate business platform, positioning businesses on the internet super highway, and alternative approaches to understanding how disruptive technologies are impacting mainstream business.

Speakers include The Economist’s global sales development manager Tamsin Anastasi Pace, Syspay Ltd head of payments Mariana Gospodinova, Air Malta e-commerce executive Antoine Vella, Microsoft Malta country manager Adrianna Zammit and Melita plc corporate service manager Antoine Sciberras.

Representatives from SG Solutions, Bank of Valletta, Betclic Everest Group, Mo-Powered, Infusion Solutions, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and CSB Advocates will participate.

Panelists include representatives from Right Brain, Black Digits, findit.com.mt, Malta Institute of Management, Untangled Media, Ooii.com.mt and Are You Being Served. The event will be moderated by Emma Diacono.

The event, at the Westin Dragonara Resort, St Julian’s, is targeted at business owners, change managers, business development managers, marketing managers and IT professionals.
