Two Maltese models, a male and a female, are wanted to appear in a shoot with Top Model UK 2010 winner Lizzie Elliott.

The shoot will take place at various locations including Gozo and The Palace Hotel in Sliema, in editorial, lifestyle and magazine format styles.

It will feature Maltese designers Kaii Couture and Prickly Pear Designs, as well as Maltese photographers. Ms Elliott is an established London Fashion Week model.

Geoff Cox, London Fashion Week casting director and Top Model UK show director, said the prospective models “do not even need to be models but can be an undiscovered beauty or new face, scouted during this trip”.

The shoot is being used for editorial submissions in the UK and the best shots will be included in Ms Elliott’s international portfolio.

There was also the chance of getting noticed for future opportunities and gaining a unique experience along with potential Maltese, international and London exposure in the process, Mr Cox said.

The applicants selected would attend a casting session, either tomorrow or on Monday, with Mr Cox, who will also be the artistic director for the shoots. Mr Cox stressed that all models should be available to shoot with Lizzie between June 13 and June 15.

Those interested should e-mail a photograph or two and their height (without shoes), age, measurements and contact details to Ms Elliott’s London management at team@topmodelmanagement.co.uk.

Prospective male models need to be at least 178cm tall while females a minimum height of 170cm.
