As we live in the vicinity of the bistro at Smart City, on Sunday afternoons we like going there as a family for afternoon tea. However, I must comment about the lack of facilities in the toilets, especially when one goes with babies and small children.

How come that in a building that has so recently been erected there is no area in the toilets where one can change babies’ nappies? My daughter, who has a young child, was very disappointed recently about this lack of facility, which is found in many public toilets.

I hope that due note is taken by whoever is responsible.
