I wish to publicly thank all the members of the Kappara Administrative Committee and its executive secretary for addressing a number of issues I had brought to their attention.

It is to our elected representatives’ collective credit that they listened, that they took action quickly and that they concluded matters efficaciously to our satisfaction within a few weeks.

I am pleased to form part of a community where our representatives lend a ready ear, deliberate impartially and execute capably. Keep up the good work.
