Maltese bread is being sold in different types and when I enquired about this I was told that there is the traditional type made in traditional ovens and a lighter type made in electrical ovens.

Now what intrigues me is that most sellers are selling both types of bread at the same price of 70c without any distinction whatsoever. I only found one outlet selling the lighter type at 59c. So is there a racket going on? Can somebody enlighten us on this situation?
