Noon. Mrs Abela presides over the Malta Community Chest Fund working committee at San Anton Palace.

6 p.m. The President and Mrs Abela preside over the Preżentazzjoni tal-Premju tal-President għall-Volontarjat at the Palace, Valletta.

10.30 a.m. The President receives the members of the Core Group Proġett Qormi Djakonija fi ħdan il-Caritas on a courtesy call at San Anton Palace.

11.45 a.m. He is presented with publications by Prof. Laurent Seychell, head of the Department of French at the University, at San Anton Palace.

9.30 a.m. The President is presented with credentials by French Ambassador Michel Vandepoorter at the Palace, Valletta.

10.30 a.m. He is presented with credentials by Colombian Ambassador Juan Manuel Prieto Montoya at the Palace.

11.30 a.m. He is presented with credentials by Serbian Ambassador Ana Hrustanovic at the Palace.

1.30 p.m. The President and Mrs Abela host a luncheon in honour of the newly accredited ambassadors of France, Colombia and Serbia at San Anton Palace.

10 a.m. Mrs Abela receives Connie Bonello from the Club Crafts of Dingli council on a courtesy call at San Anton Palace.

6.30 p.m. The President presides over Premju Żgħażugħ tas-Sena 2011, organised by Moviment Kerygma, at St Dominic’s church in Rabat.
