Just weeks since their spectacular concert at the MFCC, DJ duo Tenishia’s success story continues to move onwards and upwards; the latest chapter in the story being the popular Maltese duo’s confirmed performance at Tomorrowland in July.

Held in the Belgian town of Boom, Tomorrowland is widely regarded as Europe’s biggest dance festival.

The three-day annual festival is known for its fairytale-based decorations as well as the wide variety of dance music genres and world class DJs performing in the various arenas.

Attendances for this international event have been getting bigger with each edition. In fact, the 180,000 tickets for this year’s festival were sold out in a few hours.

This year’s line-up features some 400 DJs, including several of the world’s elite DJs such as David Guetta, Swedish House Mafia, Avicii, Carl Cox, Skrillex and Gareth Emery.

Tenishia will be taking the stage in the Tranceaddict area on July 29, the third day of the festival, on the same bill as Gareth Emery, John O’Callaghan and Leon Bolier.

Needless to say, a number of Tenishia’s Maltese fans will be making the trip to Tomorrowland.

Apart from their upcoming performance at Tomorrowland, Tenishia’s foreign profile will be boosted even further when they perform in Cyprus, Los Angeles and various cities in Australia in June as part of an international tour.

Meanwhile, the duo is currently busy working on an album in their studio in Malta, with plans to release it internationally on Armada Records later this summer.

Tenishia’s Saturday night DJ residency at The Purple Room has been moved to The Playground (next to Sky Club) due to capacity issues.
