Teenage sisters Angele and Francienne Sciberras, aged 15 and 13, are still missing, the police said.

The sisters, from Ħamrun, have been missing for over a week and were last seen in Birżebbuġa.

According to the police statement issued yesterday, Angele is thin, has shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes. Her sister is of medium build and has dark eyes and black shoulder-length hair and an earring on the upper part of her ear.

They were last seen in Birżebbuġa when Angele was wearing a brown top and black shorts, while Francienne was wearing a white top and blue shorts. Anyone who has information about the sisters is asked to call the police anonymously on 119 or on 2122 4001-9 or any police station.
