As in previous years, the Ħamrun Spartans youth nursery will again host tournaments for young players along the season.

Three main events already pencilled in a packed 2011-12 calendar will be the Christmas Festival, the Tony Bajada Memo-rial in Easter and the May 1 Challenge Cup.

The 14th edition of the Christmas tournament, sponsored by Firetech Limited, will be played at the Victor Tedesco Stadium between Decem-ber 8 and 13.

The categories to be contested this year will be:

Class B: boys born after January 1, 2005; Class C: boys born after January 1, 2004; Class D: boys born after January 1, 2003; Class F: boys born after January 1, 2001; and Class J: girls born after January 1, 1999.
