The large excavation bordered by Testaferrata Street and Enrico Mizzi Street in Ta’ Xbiex is attracting an ever-growing amount of refuse, thrown over its concrete boundary wall.

The very latest almost beggars belief. Various lengths of heavy duty power cable have been added to the ever-growing mound of all sorts of items that were deposited there.

This act of total indifference needs to be identified so that prompt action can be taken against those responsible.

The act was carried out in the past days. Therefore, all concerned should be traced and appropriate action taken.
